Jeremy C. Holm
Event organizer and American bobsled pilot and coach Jeremy C. Holm is a respected author, motivational speaker, journalist and graphic designer.
Born in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania near historic Valley Forge, Jeremy grew up in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and played competitive soccer and baseball before moving to Salt Lake City, Utah in 1991.
After enrolling at Skyline High School in Holladay, Jeremy began the fast-paced winter sport of bobsled when his father’s company sponsored the 1998 U.S. Olympic bobsled team and was offered a ride on the new Park City track. Jeremy was invited to experience the sport on a ride that began nearly 20 years of on-ice adventures. One month later Jeremy won gold in his first official bobsled race and he has been adding to his medals collection ever since under Team Holm Racing and now Team Phoenix Bobsled.
Jeremy became one of the world’s first adaptive and Paralympic bobsled coaches when he began instructing the U.S. Adaptive Bobsled Team in 2009. He also served as the Athletic Director and Head Coach for the National Adaptive Sliding Sport Association and an assistant in the Utah Olympian Alumni Association.
In 2008 Jeremy founded The Athlete Outreach Project, a philanthropic organization that uses sport and the Olympic movement to inspire, give hope and serve the community. Jeremy is also the author of The Champion’s Way, a motivational book that teaches 12 winning principles to living a gold medal life. Jeremy’s semi-autobiographical second book, Fire on Ice, focuses on using the lessons he learned through bobsled to teach Christian principles.
After serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Jeremy attended both Salt Lake Community College and Brigham Young University with a major in Print Journalism and Communications. He is also a respected graphic/web designer and advertising consultant through his business, USA Productions, which he founded in 2004.
